We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Here at www.preciouspeg.com we pride ourselves in providing great customer service when you shop with us.

We will happily exchange any garment for another size (provided we have your correct size in stock) or exchange the garment for another style if we don't have your size in stock. Please email us at sales@preciouspeg.com within 5 days of receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange or return an item.  We reserve the right not to exchange or accept a return of any garment or item should contact not be made with us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.

We will repair or exchange any item you receive that is damaged on delivery provided you return it to us in its original condition within 5 days of receipt of purchase (less shipping costs if applicable).

We are happy to refund any item that cannot be repaired or exchanged. We are not obliged to refund your purchase if you have simply changed your mind or the item does not suit you so please choose carefully.

All items must be in there original condition, unworn with all tags attached and returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject any item that does not meet these requirements. All costs associated with returning items to us shall be the sole cost of the customer.

Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be credited, refunded or exchanged so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to return an item to us, please email us at sales@preciouspeg.com with the reason for returning the item. We will then issue you with a Return Form containing a return authorisation number. You will need to complete the Return Form and enclose it with the item. Any item returned to us without a correctly completed Return Form will not be accepted.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card, or apply a credit from your return to your new order / exchange. You will receive an email once your return / exchange have been processed and the new shipment tracking number (if applicable).

All orders must be returned to us using a courier service with a  traceable method for tracking the order and sufficient insurance that covers lost or destroyed orders (full value of the item).  We are not responsible for any returned orders that we do not receive.

Please note that our free shipping service only applies to the original purchase.  Customers who wish to exchange an order will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item. 

Sales

Only one Sales promotion will be accepted per transaction. If an item is already on sale, or reduced from the RRP, a promotion code will not be eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed an order with us, you have the ability to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. If we have already dispatched your order, it can no longer be cancelled however it may be returned to us provided the items meet all requirements set out in our “Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” policy.

Sizing

The sizing of all garments on our website is determined by each individual designer and can vary substantially between designers.  We provide a simple size chart which is aimed at converting the designers sizing to your usual size. In our description of each garment, we will specify whether the piece you have chosen runs small or large to your usual size based on our size chart.

Pre-Orders

New seasons collections may be offered to our customers on pre-order from time to time.  This enables the customer to purchase a new seasons item before it is released from the designer for retail sale.  Once we receive the item from the designer, we will send it to the customer. 

All pre-orders must be paid for in full prior to release.  The delivery times for each item will depend on release of each collection from the designer.  We can provide an estimated time frame for delivery however we cannot guarantee  delivery dates.

Should a designer (for whatever reason) delete an item from production that has been sold by way of pre-order, we will notify you by email that the item has been deleted and refund the purchase price to you.
