www.preciouspeg.com use Courier Post to send orders within New Zealand and New Zealand Post International Courier (and New Zealand Post International Express Courier) to send all orders to international destinations.

You can track your order at www.nzpost.co.nz/track.  The tracking number for your order is contained within the shipment confirmation email sent to you when your order is sent.

All club members receive free delivery on all items purchased from our website.

Insurance to the value of $1,500.00NZD for lost or damaged goods is included with all deliveries.

Once we receive your order, a confirmation email is sent to you with the estimated date for dispatch (provided we have your order in stock). Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email to you which contains the tracking number and website link for your order. All our orders are tracked on-line so both parties are able to track the order once sent.

We orders are processed and sent within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If the order is placed on a weekend day or New Zealand public holiday it will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Delivery times will vary depending on your place of delivery however the standard delivery time for deliveries to the South Island is 3-5 working days and deliveries to the North Island is 3-7 working days. International delivery times vary depending on the country you wish to deliver to however it is usually between 5-10 working days.

For customers who do not wish to join our exclusive club, delivery costs are as follows:

North Island - $10.00

South Island – $7.00

Australia - $25.00

Rest of the World - $50.00

In the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or lost in transit, we will refund you in full.

NOTE:  New Zealand Post International Economy Courier does not provide a track and trace courier service to Russia.  All orders sent to Russia are sent by Air Mail International which is an untracked service.  Delivery time is between 5-12 working days.
