The 'Grand Total' stated on my Order/Invoice is different?
Precious Peg Ltd is a New Zealand registered Company, all Grand Total figures stated on the Order/Invoice will be shown in NZ Dollars, equivalent to the current conversion rate of your selected currency. This may mean that the Grand Total will be more (or less) than the currency you have chosen to pay with. Please see the following example.
How can I purchase from your website?
Once you have browsed our website and made your selections simply use the tabs at the bottom of the page to choose your size for each item then add the item to your “Shopping Bag”. To review the items you have chosen, click on the shopping bag at the top of the page. To complete the purchase of your items, proceed through the check out and follow our one step payment process.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Should you forget your password, click on the “Forgot your Password?” tab at the bottom of the login page and enter your email address where provided and submit to us. We will then be in touch with you regarding your password.
Which size should I buy?
All garments sizes vary between each individual designer. We provide a Size Guide which is designed to help assist you with choosing the right size. In our description of each garment, we will specify whether the piece you have chosen runs small or large to your usual size based on our size chart. How will I know whether the item I want is in stock?
We update our stock inventory on a daily basis. If an item is sold out in all sizes we will display “Sold Out” beneath the items label on the main browsing page. Should an item be sold out in some sizes, we will display “Sold Out” beside the size that is sold out on the garment description page. All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed.
If the item you want is out of stock, please email us at sales@preciouspeg.com as we may be able to get this item for you from our designers.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard as methods of payment. The transactions are processed on-line using our secure on-line payment system, Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). Purchases can be made in the currency selected from the list at the top right hand corner of the home page.
Where does www.preciouspeg.com ship to?
We ship to most places around the world. Should you have any queries regarding whether we will ship to your intended destination, please email us at sales@preciouspeg.com.
All club members receive free delivery on all items purchased from our website. Please refer to our “Shipping and Deliveries” for further information.
Will www.preciouspeg.com deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to post office boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.
Will I have to pay duty or taxes on my purchases?
Items sent within New Zealand will not incur and duties or taxes. www.preciouspeg.com will not be responsible for any customs or duties taxes that occur once your item has been sent by us. Should you have any questions, please contact us at sales@preciouspeg.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If the order is placed on a weekend day or New Zealand public holiday it will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
Delivery times will vary depending on your place of delivery however the standard delivery time for deliveries to the South Island is 3-5 working days and deliveries to the North Island is 3-7 working days. International delivery times vary depending on the country you wish to deliver to however it is usually between 5-10 working days.
Once we receive your order, a confirmation email is sent to you with the estimated date for dispatch (provided we have your order in stock). Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email to you which contains the tracking number and website link for your order. All our orders are tracked on-line so both parties are able to track the order once sent.
Is my order insured?
All items sent by us are insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery from www.preciouspeg.com to you. Once your order is received and signed for, the insurance ends.
What if the item I purchased is not right?
Please read our “Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” policy for details on what to do if you wish to return an item to us. Please note that you must email us at sales@preciouspeg.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Can sale items be returned, refunded or exchanged?
All items purchased on sale are final purchases. We are unable to refund, or exchange sale items so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Should I return an item, will I be refunded in full?
We will refund all correctly returned items to the original method of payment. Please refer to our “Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” policy for details on how to correctly return items to us.
Are my personal details kept private and confidential?
All personal information provided to us shall be kept private and confidential at all times.
